Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

Being able to quantify your previous success counts for a lot, so having impressive numbers will do you some good. To really sell yourself, just use your head and come up with whatever your unique value proposition is. Let the interviewer know what problem you're going to solve for them and give them an idea of what the benefits would be of hiring you. Go for it, if you're supposed to be doing sales, you're cooked if you can't sell yourself.

I get the point, but I sometimes feel the pressure to turn every answer into a pitch ruins the flow. I prefer being honest about what I bring rather than performing. Not every good salesperson sells in the same way.
For sure the quantification matters, but I would also highlight repeat clients and/or client relationships in the way you talk about your work. I think this sets you apart because it shows that you are invested in the client relationship process which makes your sales skills highly transferable and stronger than someone who is just good at selling one product.

I see what you mean, but not every role gives you long term clients to build stories with. Sometimes the win is consistency, not legacy accounts. I think both styles can still show strong sales ability.

They want a sense of your impact, personality, and approach. Numbers matter, but your influence on team culture, customer relationships, and problem solving says just as much. Think about moments where you shaped outcomes, not just hit targets.
