When you dread going to work every day.
Well, I would leave when there is no input from the head of school and you don’t get supported. I am talking like no training and others are being preferred.
I have taught for 19 years and I switch when I am bored. I have taught 6,7 8 grade science, ecology, biology, and worked as an admin aide.
I'm also a science teacher, but I'm so early on in my career that I am super nervous. I LOVE my job and teaching in general, but I feel like I'm being asked unreasonable things through the group of teachers I work for.
If you feel you have no support and can no longer grow. I just started a new school in a new state this year. I felt I plateaued at my previous school, and I wanted to grow.
