Hello fishes, I got offer from 3 companies i.e ey, capgimini and hexaware with around 8 years exp and offers are almost around same with little bit variations. So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. Everyone need cushion due to recession fear so holding more than 1 offer is better in current situation

My friend used to say don't tell the other company until you join a company and get ID card. Most of the companies are aware of situation and have back up plan. That's why they ask for immediate joiners. As per as telling to HR, you can just say you have decided to join somewhere else. I just sent email and they wished me good luck. They won't curse or say bad things. They also try to get candidate who already serving notice period. Later one HR called me to find out whether ctc was more ij company I joined. I told them it was less than their offer. I joined because I liked the company profile.

Send them a polite mail saying that you have decided to go with another organisation. Atleast that is what I am planning to do 😄
Better way to call and inform HR in a friendly polite way if you have good rap and/or drop a mail stating that you have got some better position matching your aspiration and future goals and you like to decide joining for future betterment in other org
