I have a love-hate relationship with DU.
A bit extreme, still relatable

Robotics. Quite apt, don’t you think?
🙋🏻♀️ Experience design here. I'm a former creative director turned principal. I lead large teams, conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and 'bring people along' all day. I love my work and am exhausted from talking at the end of every day. I am very protective of my alone time after work hours.
Healthcare reimbursement. Mostly analytics and process improvement that is non-client facing. Luckily I have good interactions with clients as it is limited and they are very matter of fact and data driven. Having clients that are introverted and analytic is a big plus for me.
Salesforce. Either it’s possible or SFDC doesn’t allow it. ✅✅✅

INTJ/P here in digital strategy. I'm constantly running workshops and brainstorming sessions, and I think it's really fun as long as I'm not the only person facilitating. I might be an anomaly
🙋🏻♂️ I am a strategy guy. I find that I just need to make time to draw back from the world for an hour or two each day and get into my own head space.
I’m an intp so somewhat similar... and I work in human capital
I'm good with facilitation as well and running workstreams. Anyone ever confuse you as being an extrovert? I can do small groups all day long and can be outspoken so people don't believe me when I tell them I'm introverted...
I'm working in human capital and like to think I work on wholesale solutions
Yes! Just yesterday my SM was surprised to learn I’m an introvert. We have lengthy comversations, but I guess he didn’t notice it was mostly him talking 🤣
INFJ and I work in process improvement/ops
D3 how do you define digital strategy and what kind of tech skills do you need? very interested in this space but just doing implementation at the moment
I define digital strategy as however the client wants it defined because digital strategy is just business strategy with new technology, new ways of working, and new perspectives. I know enough about tech to be dangerous, but when you're at the senior leadership level, it's more about storytelling. I find that my analytical side can easily speak to a business case if necessary, but I've also flexed/trained myself to be comfortable with ambiguous brainstorming and persuasion
