We currently live in the Bay Area, but with the new remote job, I’m realizing we can live anywhere. I love the Bay Area but it’s so expensive. Ideally, I’d like to live in a medium sized city with good weather, good (and diverse) restaurants, and direct flights. We’re DINKs, with total household income around $180k. Currently renting. I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

For those who wake up at 5,6 or even 7am - how do you do this in this cold, dark, hopeless weather? Any tips for that? I wake up with my alarm but it's so cold and dreary and annoying that I go back under my sheets....
