Capgemini: 13 (12.7 fixed) no joining bonus. Will they provide joining bonus and i cna join in 30 days why they didnt give?

Ibm : expecting 13.2 and 50k joining bonus ( they committed like this yet to receive offer).. but they said they may change my technology if needed also need to work in shifts

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

I have joined one of big3 consulting. Everything is good here except the fact that company is calling employees back to base location. I feel like I should resign and search for permanent remote role because my presence at my home town with my family is more important right now due to ill health of parents.. I am much confused in deciding what to do in this case. Should I listen to my heart and resign as it will be a very bold decision to take. Or should I just focus on career.
