Larger Holding Cos - 3% year one and reduced to 1% purely on new logos.
5% is generally small to mid and against both existing and new logos. Growth is growth and money is green :)
At every agency I’ve ever been at, only the head of new biz was commission-eligible. I don’t know the rates for sure, but I would guess 2-5% based on the kind of agency and the nature of the accounts they pursue. If you go more project-based, smaller numbers, more contracts the rate is probably higher than if you’re AOR/larger contract based
CD 1 is correct based on my personal experience. Mid market/ smaller project work/ salary plus 5% net revenue.
I forgot the year one part. Small/ mid 5% but only for one it two years. Then nothing. To keep new biz incentive To clarify/ at the major holding cos you might make 3% but that can be on a big number! Is iit for total net revenue?
