Usually Big4 should be willing to sponsor you.
Separate note - given your parents are sg/spr shouldn’t you also be one ?
Thanks I'll have a look into the big 4!
It's complicated! My parents met in the UK and I was born there. We moved back to Singapore when I was a teenager for a few years and my dad ended up staying in Singapore and getting PR while the rest of my family moved back to the UK so I could go to a British uni. Had the option to get PR when we lived there but my brother didn't want to do NS so my dad delayed his application

Big 4 would probably be the way.
Your family ties do not contribute to a work visa - they can only apply to a PR application.
However if your mom was a citizen all along and they did not pass citizenship to you when you were born they will take it into account when you do apply and you may still be liable for national service as a PR. (Just take that into account if you decide to become a PR).
Thanks! I'm a woman so NS wouldn't be an issue :)

Big 4 normally does. Banks are a bit stricter on this as they seem to have used up their quotas for their IT team, but they are hungry for experienced sustainability staffs atm. Familial connection doesnt help, all they ask for is your degree, professional exp and qualification in the application
Thanks! That's good to know they're looking for sustainability professionals
