Which is better in terms of job security, WLB, bench policy Cognizant or Capgemini?

I got offer from IBM. My DOJ is December 14th 2022. I am a UI developer. i want to know what is the bench policy in IBM. Do we get projects. How will be the client interviews?

My motivation legit evaporates when I’m on the bench... help

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I have been selected for senior engineer role at nagarro. I was hired for Full stack role (MEAN Stack). My joining is next month - Nov. I’m a senior at a mid tier and been working about 70-75 hours for last 3 weeks on a SEC client. Now I roll off to a new job but the manager wants me to come back and help out the team more.
