Does mba help in pivoting to consulting? I want to learn more about business + do strategy work and I’m not sure if I’m getting that in tech. Undergrad major was econ and was very theoretical (didn’t learn anything about business). Have done interviews with all MBBs in the past but either didn’t pass assessment stage or didn’t make it pass the case interviews. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? I hesitate to just throw out current salary + 20% bc I’d be asking for almost $190k for a SC role and I know that would be quite a huge ask for a SC @ B4, even for tech
