I have raised a laptop replacement TT but it haven't even dispatched & I'll be going back to Bangalore in 5days, so if the laptop doesn't get delivered to me before I go off to Bangalore, can i raise another TT & get it exchanged in the office??? Whichever you can afford (and/or whichever you are more comfortable with).
SFH tends to have better appreciation, but more maintenance you’re responsible for and more systems that can go wrong. Condo has less to worry about, but HOA fees (to cover common elements) and tend to have less appreciation. Townhouse / townhome is kinda ambiguous as there are various configurations that slot them somewhere in between (some have shared walls, some don’t).

Second this. I'm not understanding why the mortgage would be higher. If you live in it, you can finance it as a primary residence. It was the smartest thing I ever did at a young age. Highly recommend.
Townhouse will be better than condos. Condos have HOA fees + condo fees, some of them have few rooms. Townhouses have more rooms and only HOA fees. Also depending on your location, SFH will be advantageous. I will say explore MFH if you can afford it go for it.
