I have flown United 5 times since March 2020. They have continued flying during peak covid and were the first to introduce bubble flights once they were allowed by the Indian govt. I would book them again in a heartbeat. If they ain't flying, then nobody is flying.
Pro
United
Don’t do Air india. It’s Fkd up
I know, I hate Air India. That's why looking for options. Haven't made a trip in over 4 years.
Rising Star
Qatar, Emirates, United
Air India sucks. But it’s the best option now. Yes you can book other airlines, but the risk of your flight getting cancelled or other issues is significantly higher with other airlines
At least until the pandemic uncertainty settles, book only Air India.
Me and my friends wife travelled to India in December on the same day, I was on air India and she was on emirates. Air India flew without any issue but her emirates flight was cancelled last minute.
I fly almost exclusively Delta domestic. Do you earn miles on Delta if you fly either Air France or KLM?

Did AirIndia business in fall last year biggest advantage was the direct flight - sleep the entire flight and you get up adjusted to the time zone
So overall was ok
True that the interiors are all run down and will not compare to modern fleets of Quatar or Emirates but flight was comfortable over all
