Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. Sometimes I ignore, procrastinate or simply other more urgent things come up to increase the delay. Also I work with 3 managers in my team which doesn’t help with expectations nor guidance. Any tips pls?

What’s the appropriate pay for a Video Prodcuer/ editor (for web) in London? I think I’m being underpaid. I have a BA(Hons) in Film & TV and a MA in Television Journalism. I’ve been working at the same company for 4 years and was promoted 3 years ago. I was told to ‘prove myself’ when I asked about the compensation, then the pandemic put a stop to any raises. I asked again a bit more than a year ago and they gave me a little bump because some left. I’m currently at £31k. The company keeps hiring

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Location constraint:

I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
