One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

Is there really that big of difference in recruiting between USC and UCLA MBA? I checked MBB target schools and only one recruits at USC whereas all 3 recruit from UCLA. I would have thought it would have been about the same. Thoughts from MBB/B4/Tier 2 consulting?

I booked a trip from NYC->Singapore with Krisflyer miles for next year. I need to change the reservation to be NYC->Bangkok but with a stop over in Singapore. I’m seeing that the dates are now blocked / waitlist only on the stopover route (bc the singapore flight is full) but I am the person on the NY->Singapore flight 🤦🏽‍♂️. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend.
