I have a 401k and A Roth IRA but I’m not active in my investments. What are some good sources to get started to understand personal finance and investing?

Not active is a good thing. Set up automatic investment on a schedule into a broad market index (eg VTI) and let it go on autopilot until retirement.

Talk to a fiduciary financial planner. They will help you build a plan based on your appetite for risk and retirement goals. Always take advantage of your company’s 401k match if they offer it and do the max contribution. Real estate is also a good asset to have if you’re in a area with opportunities that fit within your budget.

Hi! I’m doing some research on employee benefits (medical insurance, 401k, HSA/FSA, commuter benefits) and was hoping to connect with People specialists or HR professionals in the comp & benefits space. I’m trying to better understand any pain points or challenges you might face with utilization/enrollment. Anyone interested in connecting? Thank you!

Anyone participating in dry January or done similar things in the past? Did you notice an effect on mental health or other benefits?

I think I've got my truffle 101 now so sounds like (cont)
