spend 200-300k depending on the size or the length of the project or spend time hiring and onboarding a team of 2-3 to do that same job and having to pay them each 150-200k annually and waiting for them to onboard before you can begin even think about tackling the analytics issue at hand, not to mention if one of them leaves after a year then you have to spend even more money replacing them all while output is slowed because of a lack of manpower
You could also contract to an offshore team or hire non-salaried individuals but the quality of work you’re going to get is going to be noticeably worse than if you just paid them 200k and had a bunch of consultants who probably have done similar projects for your own company or other competitors of yours before and save yourself not just the hassle of doing it yourself but also if something goes wrong you have someone to blame
Many are doing these in house now
