Why are third party recruiters so damn flakey

Twice this week two separate recruiters missed appointments they set up with me, only for them to call me up at random times later with no explanation given.

Accepted a new job at competing Big 4 but got a message from a recruiter from MBB. How do I respond to the recruiter? Is it worth it to take the call and be honest with them?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. If a headhunter approaches someone for c suite position but you know a friend who knows key decision maker/chairman. Do you just bypass headhunter? Its in round 3 shortlist.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Just got let go and my manager said part of it was because I was looking for other jobs. I didn't look for other jobs at work, so I'm not sure how they could have known that unless a coworker snitched on me. Is it worth it to try and find out who or should I just leave it? Can't deny that I'm seriously pissed off about it.
