Why do all the houses in Houston’s suburbs, no matter if they’re new constructions or how expensive they are, have that tacky, dated, early 2000s look? How come there aren’t any modern or mid century style homes like you see inside the loop or in Memorial/Spring Branch and Garden Oaks/Oak Forest?
