Why do companies do this?

In the HR discussion, I asked for 14 LPA, but they offered 12.

Now I’ve received another offer for 14 LPA. When I called the first company to decline their offer, they suddenly came back with 15 LPA.

But I don’t want to go back on my word because I’ve already committed to the company offering 14 LPA.

Any gym recommendation in Central London that I can access with ClassPass? Ideally around Oxford street/ Euston

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
