Why does consulting always feel like a competition on who can make better slides about something they don’t understand in the slightest.

Hi background in audit and soc compliance now working for a non-public firm but delivering support to the auditors. Being that I am new I am still learning all the processes however cannot find a single process narrative. In order to better my experience performance I have attempted to find some type of structure.
Nothing is compliant…..

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Suggested the same to my manager in my new job and he is keen to explore an outsourced model. Are there any companies who do this - creating, formatting, polishing PowerPoint presentations?
