I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
Hey Fishes,
Any update on the hike letter ?

Just over 3 years in CT. My salary is a little over 68K however the firm I work at is very small and my job isn't typical for the title because of that so I'm sure my boss pays me more than what would be typical for the title.
I'd check glassdoor for averages in your state. Though it could vary significantly depending on the firm.

Have a couple offers for 85k, MCOL, 1 year of experience. You just have to start your career at B4
You both have valid points but again at the end of the day, where you got your schooling seems to only matter for your first job. Even then, did anyone where you work actually ask to see your transcript or proof of graduation? Seems to be just an understanding that you have a base knowledge nowadays (regardless of degree type).
Starting salary was 60k. Current salary is 64k in MD. Less than 18 months experience.
1 month in, just left public after 10 months
