Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I changed jobs after being at a company for only 3 months. I just talked about how I was super successful at implementing a solution in my short time there, and the project I worked on made me realize that I was instead interested in consulting.
Just put it, no interviewer cares that much, honestly I’d rather put that than have a 4-5 month gap, and you can just speak to how you realized early on it wasn’t the right fit for how you want to move in your career which is why you’re interviewing for New company X
Not sure why this would be any different....it's just another job and people do leave after a short period of time. Include it like any other jobs if it's relevant. Also, what is "Short period"?
Under a month, probably not. But remember, you'll need to disclose it on your background check most likely
Don’t put job on the resume unless you accomplished something critically relevant and don’t have much other experience. Or if you must keep it, omit the 3 months and just put what year you worked there. eg 2020 instead of September 2020 - November 2020
