HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.

We need to unionize and hold more leverage for pay. There’s no reason we should be managed by contractors and large scale companies. Not only is it unfair pay, but it’s bad for our communities. Can you imagine your local car ‘mechanic’ operating under the same structure..
