They are looking to hire 9 additional therapists to make up the team. Seems like a good opportunity as it is with a non-profit hospital organization contracting into the facility. My time would be split 50/50 between treating and management. Thoughts on must ask questions during my 2nd interview? Salary?

Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.
