Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

It’s like they want you to say you’re a “team player,” but then you end up in a soap opera. Those questions are designed to see if you can play nice in theory, but real workplace vibes can be a gamble. They’re looking for answers about collaboration, problem-solving, and staying positive—basically, whether you can handle drama without adding to it. Reality doesn’t always match the interview script, though!

They're aware of the difficult employees, they ask to see if you can work and react professionally with any type of character in general. The person being interviewed may end up being the toxic one. This question is very important to ask in an interview.
LITERALLY. Like how are you asking me about my attitude with a staff like this.
My theory is that they want you to come in like a burst of fresh air and sweep out the rotten peoples attitudes so they don’t have to fire people that are upset or change their method of working. In a past job I should have seen it as a red flag. It was a horrific place to work as the owners idea of running the business was strict rules for y’all, none for me, y’all should care more about this business than me cause I have the capital to leave and yall don’t. Seriously, she would be mad and belittle people in front of others, accept and allow horrible treatment and harassment of new employees by older ones, and we even had a bomb scare from a previous employee that hated the owner that much. After the bomb scare (yes there was a poorly made bomb under my desk as I was the closest cubicle to the bosses office who kept the office locked) I was terrified and she called me into a meeting where she was like why are you scared? Your weird. She used to be a school principal and was like oh, this is normal people should be exposed to violence like this, it reminds you to work hard. No wonder they are no longer a principal. I should have left the first week but I was desperate for my family and I was wildly successful in the same role with another company so I thought I could make it better. I actually have PTSD from working there. My advice? Keep you head down and take it as a yellow flag in interviews. Ask to meet your co workers beforehand.
Everyone puts their best foot forward for the interview. You see the real them once they feel secure in their employment.
So true! You’re dealing with multiple personalities so rarely is there a true harmonious setting.
Maybe they are going to get rid of those folks as they hire nicer ones?
Because they have a list of questions they supposed to ask nothing to do with their culture sometimes
