I think almost all firms across all sectors are hiring like crazy now, no?

Same reason literally every other consulting firm is hiring so aggressively: we’re winning more work than we’re able to staff, and we’re experiencing attrition because the job market is hot.
Culture is actually pretty good, compared to other firms. Too much work and not enough people for a variety of reasons, including winning a lot of work and clients wanting to outsource more because they can't find people either. It's not perfect, but no job is.
I know a few folks at EY in audit and they like the benefits but in terms of career growth it seems they all are getting promises for opportunities that are not being followed through. It’s almost as if a carrot is being dangled in front of them but they can’t reach it. Plus the projects aren’t that great. So I can see why someone would leave if they’re not getting the experience they want.

It’s every firm. Musical chairs
Pay can be good with the right group. I moved recently too. DM if interested in referral.
They are the fastest growing B4 by the numbers from what I have seen published. I heard culture was good but interested to hear from others. I’m considering an offer from them now.
Me too! I am in UK though

We’re in the “binge” part of the binge and purge cycle.
Does EY purge though? Barring the ‘annual low performers’ purge; do they lay off/ restructure?
