I have experience of 5 yrs in sap mm functional area.my current salary is 9.5 lpa at Capgemini.What can I expect from PWC.Currently I have offer of 18.75 where 15.5 is fixed(I don't want to join this company).

Publicis Sapient is firing ... I got the firing mail, so I kept the resignation before they force , Joined 8 Months back.... No projects.... now I am serving notice period . You can't Imagine how much mental torturer they do to keep forcefully resignation from us. Searching for referrals and looking for a job

True, it is happening everywhere
QA plays a critical role and gives their 100% but still they get less respect than they deserve.
Even during appraisals, one can clearly see the difference between dev and QA.
I am not saying salary should be equivalent but at least incremental percentage can be subjective to efforts and contribution. (But they clearly do biased allocation)
No Brother it is not like that if you are a QA With good Skill set then you can draw very good Salary as compare to other QA for ex if you have skill se like Cypress java Script Type Script , DSA , JENKINS CI/CD Infrastructure then you can really paid some very good package as compare to developer also, but you have those skill set exp does not matter
Yeah. Manual Tester needs to upgrade skills to grab 15+LPA
