Why SAP offers below par ctc?

As far as i heard hike is also not good!

Car lease policy is also going to be not useful from next year.

HR is so arrogant, he shows food and transport facilities as part of ctc and tries to sell brand value instead of giving a proper hikes!!

Managers who are here since last 20-25 years feels like the ctc we are getting outside is too much and they feel like offering a lesser salary. On top of that they feel money is not everything. "Culture" matters.
