I had interview on Thursday and friday and Monday they used to say feedback not received but when I reach interview he said he already did that on the same day. How far in advance of when you want to leave should you start talking to recruiters?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
