Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? D1, how is suggesting that you may be from a different member firm with different guidance condescending? We often assume everyone here is from the US firm, but we have people from all over and therefore different benefits packages. That's all I meant when I suggested you weren't from the US (firm). If you don't look to be offended, you often won't be offended. Assume the best!
No min at Deloitte, but obviously if you’re trying in dec, she’ll probably have been there 6-8 o before she goes on maternity leave. That’s good enough time, just don’t disclose it during interview. Good luck!

Barring an immediate conception and extremely premature delivery, she'll likely have been employed for just over 12 months before a baby would be due (term from January to September) 😅 but thanks for the policy. No minimum time is wild!
Anyone know what it is at IBM?
But she has to work 12 hours per day at Deloitte. WLB at IBM is really good, especially if you need time to take care of the kids.

Do you have a human capital strategy offer at IBM for her? She'd love the opportunity if so, but it's not currently on the table. She'd be a boomerang at D, never worked a 12 hour day in her career.
