I'm finally attempting to make the transition to Project Management and currently completing an application with Optum/UHC. What is a realistic base salary and TC?

Background:
I am an Direcotr of Intake with a SNF and have 3 years of sales and marketing experience for Long Term Care. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 5 years. My degree is in Healthcare Administration.

Is there a way to work part time or close to 40 hours a week average with big 4 in advisory? I don’t really care how much I get paid and just want some WLB and health insurance lol.

What is expected CTC for lateral hires for PWC AC for the position of guidewire business analyst ? Total YOE-7..5 as BA, 2 as others.

IQVIA - 33.5 lacs Fixed, 1.5 lacs Joining Bonus, 4.8 lacs Variable
CGI - 34 Lacs Fixed, 1.12 Lacs worth Stock options, 2Lacs Joining Bonus(will be deployed to work for Shell Client)
Siemens Healthineers - Awaiting offer, not willing to match above offers, maximum they can offer 33L as fixed and 2 Lacs Joining Bonus.

which one to choose?

I've heard a couple of things about how the partner pension amount @ PwC is determined, both similar in approach.

Both calculations I have heard of result in an annuity paid until death, at which point a surviving spouse (if any) receives the annuity.

The first calculation I have heard is that you get 80% of your highest earning year as a partner (e.g. If your best year was $1M, you'd get $800k as an annuity).

The second calculation I have heard is that they look at your three highest earning years as a partner, and take the second highest and you get 100% of that. (e.g if your three highest earning years were $1M, $800k, and $1.2M, you'd receive $1M as an annuity).

Is ANY of this true, or just all rumor? Any PwC partners that can chime in and explain the pension plan fact for fact? Perhaps with sample numbers?

What’s the general guidance on the order to maximize retirement contributions for tax benefits for an normal individual and for a self employed/small business owner before moving to taxable accounts or alternate vehicles like cash value life policies?
I’ve seen for individual: match trad 401k->match roth 401k->max roth IRA->max trad IRA->max trad 401k->max roth 401k->max HSA
For self employed: max SEP IRA/solo 401k->max roth IRA->max trad IRA->max HSA

Of course situations differ but in general?
