Received offers from AlixPartners (Vice President - Enterprise Improvement Team) and McKinsey & Company (Associate -Implementation Team). Pay level is pretty much the same and had great interview experience at both firms. Where should I go?
I want to cry. Got told by manager that they do not give pay raise as €40k is the maxed cap for this role (I work in higher ed recruitment and I overhit my target too). A connection of mine went for an interview last week. Same department, same role and was offered €45k. I’m in the middle of applying for other jobs but it still hurts! 😢 What would you do if you were me?

I’ve never had this before, but maybe this is common: is it normal for the first interview (which is also kinda the screening) to be done with two hr people at the same time via Teams? Or could it be a sign of wanting to fast track the process?

Honestly feeling like crap, I’ve been on over 15 interviews and haven’t gotten any offers. I’m a tier 1 and was early promoted and I just can’t believe it’s this hard to leave, I feel like I’m just going to be an auditor forever :/ Anyone going through the same thing?
Anyone visited One Chicago? Thinking of applying in next few days and want to get any opinions on the place itself and it’s location/surrounding area
Question for recruiters - why do you ghost candidates after they've interviewed? I honestly don't get it, what's stopping you from sending a simple email update? To anyone who's done it before, what was the reason?
Looking to begin a career in Financial Analytics. I am an Economics major that graduated in Dec 2020. Since then I have been an Operations Analyst at a FinTech company. I also have some past experience as an analyst at a small business lending company in college. I have been applying for jobs for the past ~6 months. I have made it to the final round of a few interviews, but have not received any offers. Does anyone have any advice for me? I would greatly appreciate any insight.
Need some advice! I’ve been out of the interview game for a long time but I have one coming up with a partner at PwC for an advisory role- is it going to be technical (expected to complete a case) or more conversational? I’m just nervous bc it’s 45 minutes long. Also any other tips would help, like how to dress, etc. Thanks in advance!
When you guys fill out a job application do you guys submit cover letters to these jobs or no? I know it’s optional I’m just curious on what will make the difference and if I should or should not ?

I have a PMM interview and was wondering if anyone has an tips! Are any questions I should be prepared for. Thanks!
Got an offer at a T2 consulting (think Strategy&, EY-Parthenon or Accenture as an undergrad hire but I’ve been also applying for grad school and I’m considering deferring my start date if I get an Ivy League/equivalent cuz I don’t wanna miss out on that opportunity to go to a top grad program (I asked and company was okay with this). I’m wondering if they would adjust my compensation if I come in as a grad hire upon graduation?
Meta is hiring across the board. Send me a DM if you are interested in one or multiple roles and feel prepared to interview soon!
I was very excited about coming in for final rounds with this small tech company down in Austin but they are declining to pay for or reimburse travel expenses for the interview. Red flag or normal?

For the crowd: Is an MBA increasingly a worthless degree? @Deloitte: How much is that paper degree needed to move from Consultant to Sr. Consul. and Sr. to Manager?
Soooo at today's morning status meeting our shitty SM was absolutely railing a consultant. Consultant stands up and says, "Fuck you. You're an asshole. I'm done here." And walks out. 😳...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
