I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

I was in the office (pre-c19) on the Friday after thanksgiving so I could get some stuff done while it was empty. A peer Director was also there and asked me for help with something. I helped him a for while, then he said, “this is really helpful, I have to go to an all team meeting for 30 minutes, but could we finish after that?” Me: “an all team meeting today?” Him: “yeah, I always schedule an all team meeting on days like this so people can’t pretend to wfh when they are really on pto.” smh 🤦‍♂️

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
