Will Mastercard ask for all previous employer's experience letters at the time of joining?

I dont have experience letter for one organisation where I worked for 4 months. Will it affect my employment?

I see in spite of 1-year anniversary of the bowl, the numbers didn't increase much. I know there are many other forums (like whatsapp groups) with similar userbase/members which maybe inhibiting sign-ups and activities. But one key differentiator is that Fishbowl groups are anonymous.

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )
