Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Absolutely. Min 3 days a week. I have (had?) a two hour commute each way. This has been a game changer and my kids are so much better for it. I’m still working, but I can make them breakfast and dinner. It now seems ludicrous to spend that much time getting to a location that has clearly proven nonessential to job function.
This is my same circumstance. I was WFH 1 day a week before, but now I plan to flip flop that ratio.
I would really like to wfh 2-3 days a week indefinitely.
Absolutely. Ideally 2-3 days a week. My commute is 75 minutes each way so cutting down would be amazing.
Yes but only if I have baby sitting covered. Can’t wfh plus watch the kid
Mom and mil. They are in their 60s and 70s so want to wait until the coronavirus has died down before we ask them to help again.
If I knew that WFH would be on option for full timers I would have jumped back before this whole thing started.
Yes!
Yup! two days per week is the goal.

I’m currently pregnant and due to be out from Nov- July, so I told work not to expect to see my face in person again until after July. This is my second pregnancy and I was able to work from home 2 days a week with my first and plan to do at least those 2 days again when I ease back in July 2021
Nov - July? Wow that’s great!
