With 16+ years experience I came to Radnet after moving and accepted a job well below my regular pay grade. I never got a 90 day review. After a year and three months I got my first review. I scored high. The company gave me a 42¢ raise and wanted to assign more duties to me. What an insult. Beware, Radnet will work you death and never care. There is no work - life balance.
They don't care about you. They only care about their stock holders.

I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

One of my best friends growing up just passed away. We lost contact with each other a year or two after graduating high school and I recently came to learn he was was battling cancer the past 5 years and ultimately succumbed to the illness. He hid it well from everyone and led a very private life during it all. To make matters worse, he had just turned 25. Seeing pictures of the condition he was in towards the end of his fight broke my heart. I wish I had known so I could’ve been there for him.
