Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I don't see most jobs being fully replaced but productivity will be increased for one person to equal two, so that's where jobs will be lost.
Certain STEM fields like data science and cybersecurity appear to have strong future demand due to their complexity and need for human insight. Personally I think roles in which there are a lot of repetitive decisions for example sales (ie generating quotes) could be affected if AI was intelligent enough to curate them correctly. I also sometimes worry that my role which is a branch of Systems Engineering (V&V) could someday be replaced with AI. However given the risk of not having any human oversight I think the risk would be too high. With the integration of AI being used in so many companies it really begs the question on whether there should be regulations in place to ensure that there is still a human element to minimize potential risk.

Personally I don't think that much will actually fully be replaced by AI, but maybe less roles available as people can save so much time using AI now...

I think companies will collectively push for lower workforce even if it means more work for the employees (AI will be used as the excuse for it even if it is not fully replacing an employee)
