With the inauguration today, I’m curious how everyone is managing it at work. Are you feeling stressed about how it might affect conversations or the general vibe in the office? At my company, some people are super engaged and ready to discuss every detail, while others avoid the topic entirely. I’m personally trying to stay neutral, but it’s tough when clients or coworkers bring it up in meetings. How do you handle moments like this—do you engage, or steer clear? And how do you keep the day from becoming a distraction while still staying informed?
