Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

I buy my cars. Gives me flexibility. Never underwater. Don’t have to get a new one if I don’t want to. The yearly rate (including depreciation) can be a lot better for a bought car than a leased car.
Check out leasehackers. Sometimes some really good deals on leases especially for EVs
Salesman make much more off leases. That should tell you something.
Figure out the car first, and go from there. The last 2 cars we've bought we've been so happy with, I don't see us trading in anytime soon. It will be nice when we pay off the second one in a few months and will be back to no car payments, but still have decent cars.
I get complimented CONSTANTLY on my Genesis GV70 (a '22), and my boss keeps thinking it's a Porsche😂 our other car is a '20 Prius prime and we average 100mpg with charging. It's not a luxurious, but we've been happy and it has retained its value like crazy.
I'm not sure if it's just me getting older or it really isn't changing as fast, but the cars improved so rapidly for awhile that I did understand leasing so you could move to the next safety features faster, now they seem to be stabilizing, so I don't feel that drive to upgrade.
