Working as a life claim specialist paying out group insurance. Making roughly 61k a year. Is that a decent salary or would it be worth looking elsewhere where the pay might be better? Or any ideas on what I can use this experience for to make a job change into a better paying role?

How can I add multiple characteristics within one cell and make sure that a pivot table can read both values independently if needed? I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?
