Working with the CEO, CTO, and Naveen was a great experience. However, my experience reporting to Vandana Sharma was disappointing. Despite consistently delivering results, I felt merit was often overlooked. During my exit, an HR representative told me that if I shared the real reason for leaving, they could negatively impact my future BGV. That conversation was deeply unprofessional and left a lasting impression. Lokal has potential, but this culture needs to change.
