Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? Anyone know much about Simon-Kucher? I have an offer for SC there for $125k base with all-in TC for the year expected $165-175k. Currently a CO with 3-4 YOE, and considering making the move. I think CO at my firm is the equivalent to SC at B4

Annual bonus which is called AIP in Deloitte is not defined in offer AIP is not a set percentage and varies based on year and individual performance assuming nothing on first year but gets better after first year.
