After you join Amazon Robotics, can you please refer me too ?
Me too 😂
Amazon.
Since you already have MBB experience I wouldn’t do Kearney unless you want to be a consulting lifer. If you do want to be a lifer I personally wouldn’t worry about the partner promotion timeline. MBB and Amazon with a good group should let you get a great exit if you need it

Ugh man this would be a tough one then for me to help you decide. Does money and continued learning matter more to you? If so, I'd say choose Kearney. I'm going through this exact decision right now. I've worked at both MBB and FAANG and deciding where to go from here.
FAANG was 80% cutting through red tape and 20% cool innovative learning and had me feeling a bit jaded after ngl. Right now I'm pursuing consulting (in an area I'm actually interested in) or a smaller tech company to move faster. Hope that helps you

Robotics!
I would recommend coming to join the robotics team. Company is always innovating, and if robotics gets boring after a while, there is always ability to change teams

I am hearing from those who work at amazon that the culture is brutal, dog eat dog world, lots of micromanagement and managers throwing team members under the bus.
Plus, no prospects of growth, almost everyone i know is stuck at L6, although some went from IC L6 to people's manager L6.
Lots of re-orgs, lay offs etc.
Any thoughts on these ?
Kearney D&A has linited exit potential. You would also do a lot of gruntwork. It is not in the same league as equivalent groups at mbb.
