Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

I have worked on multiple Google projects and tools, ranging from spreadsheets to Google Data Studio. Basis familiarity with the Google systems, I have applied to endless jobs in the organisation. However, I have no idea why is it sooooo difficult to even get an HR call for the screening.
Hi folks,
I was holding an offer from Cognizant and on my LWD itself I got an offer from a product based company. I have decided to go there. I called my recruiter for my offer declination, he mentioned, they'll blacklist me. For what time can they blacklist me? Will they blacklist me forever?

Devops will definitely be a good idea. That is in demand and almost every project has to go through CI/CD pipelines, irrespective of the technology the projects are using! Of u are getting a chance to move to devops from techops, it's definitely worth giving a thought! The frameworks are never outdated!
Hi, i am also working in Dell tech support and looking for a switch but now in Devops but in Microsoft Azure and if you have good understanding of Devops then certainly you can expect a hike of 70-100% but it alao depends on your current ctc and the company you are applying for. My suggestion take 1 offer and still look for other companies and negotiate with them if they can offer you more
I'm also working in Dell support... But there no vacancy for Devops in dell now
