Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Are you from the U.S.? I’ve recruited in both markets and in general, things move much slower in Europe. Europeans use their PTO as intended and don’t work through it the way Americans do. They also have a long notice period in most European countries, so hiring isn’t done in a rush the way it is in the U.S.
Hello and thanks for your response.
Im not from the US unfortunately but used to work in the US firms so I understand. But then I still responded during the summer vacation so it’s surprising actually.
