I don't like staying places where I feel like I'm climbing uphill just to do my job. If I'm already having issues, they usually don't just magically resolve themselves. I would sooner go to another job, especially if I can negotiate for a higher salary.

If you can stomach the issues a bit longer it might be worth staging for a bit longer. However if it’s impacting your mental and/or physical health definitely don’t stick it out.
Yea, that’s what I’m trying to do. Trying to put my head down and see if anything else comes my way. The job market is tough so I know this is not going to be easy.
How serious are the issues and how does the offer compare? Minor issues and similar TC, and I'm staying put. Major issues and/or big salary hike, I'm rolling the dice.
It’s pretty serious culture issues, more like a “fit” issue. Comp is only slightly hire and it’s a longer commute.
