I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Exempt 100%! It takes time away from recruiting
Still I would exempt out of some of the courses depending on your background and interests.
Could be two reasons
1) the course is too boring/basic so you don’t learn much anyway, but have to waste time doing homework etc. For example Marketing. I don’t think skipping this course you would lose any “foundational knowledge” that might be useful in future courses or at work. Or Strategy course, esp. if you’re a consultant.
2) the course is a prerequisite to another more interesting/advanced course. For instance in CBS you would be able to take Capital Markets instead of Valuation (if you take exemption exam). And accelerate your journey towards Value Investing
Recommend at least exempting out of one course
