How can I improve at developing activation maps/architecture. I’m so slow and I struggle to get it right and to make intuitive sense.

I absolutely hate creating tactical maps/ecosystems/plumbing charts etc. I love actually working on developing brand plans and tactics- and even the understanding of channels. Should I change fields? What else is there?
