I’ve never been more inspired in my life.

Have a 4 round loop interview for Sr. Product Manager at Amazon coming up through the MBA pathways program soon.
If I land it the trajectory of my life and that of my family changes but I'm starting to feel the pressure. I haven't had a lot of traction for job searching since I graduated in December so this is the best lead I have and I'm getting scared now.

Job satisfaction is has proven to be greatly tied to your feelings of contributing to the mission and position. If you are stuck in a position where you are genuinely not happy, taking another position aligned with your skills, abilities, and interests will be better in the long run. JMO
I would take a pay decrease for fully work from home. In my current position, if they offered me more to come in more I would leave. I'm already halfway out the door when they changed us from 1 day a week in office to 3.
The plan is about getting to where you going. Don’t let that go over your head.
I would sacrifice work from home for more pay, especially if it aligned me with my goal.
No I wouldn't personally. I have gotten to used to working from home and the work life balance I have. If I was going to have one less day at home it would have to be atleast a 25% increase for me.
