Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

1. Unless you are working in any innovative digital tech stack it's difficult to touch 20%-30% hike slab in current scenario.
2. EY has better appraisal and bonus mechanism as compare to KPMG
3. If you are getting client end + Sales (With project execution and not core BD) profile you should definitely accept the offer.
As far as I know KPMG has a bigger bonus component compared to EY?
EY I have heard generally pays about 10-15% bonus.
EY is atleast 12 hrs of burn on a daily basis. If you can take it, then join. Else []

If there is a change in the profile, it would be good enough.
However if you mean minimal change in hike to be less than 20-25% you could possibly wait.

Like profile that has better client exposure something like that
with higher level comes greater responsibility and work pressure, if they are providing me less compensation than what I feel is appropriate - for me, it's not worth to take the pressure.
This is true. Switch for pay
Speaking from experience EY has a burn time of 12 hours each day and unless it's a profile change I really wouldn't recommend. Although EY has a cooperative team for appraisals and promotions, the hike wouldn't be more than 20/25%. At least I can say this in audit/assurance this is true.
